Resource View Sidebar​

Remove whole the sidebar in the resource view or just individual blocks or move it below the content.
Features:

• hide the whole sidebar in the resource view
• hide individual elements in the sidebar in the resource view (info block, buttons, more from this author block, etc.)
• move the sidebar below the resource content
