Database changes:
The a new field called andy_post_notice is added to your xf_post table.

A: Yes. The new phrase will be displayed on all posts which have been flagged to show the post notice.

A: Yes. Edit the andy_post_notice.less template.

A: In the Post notice options page, include the Amazon domain.
