Dot Player v2.3 and panel (Based off of the Flix Panel again)

Here is new one it is not my personal favorite but it works pretty well and this one does allow for multiple playlists per MAC address

To change the panel url search the libgojni.so files for
Code:
yourpanelurl.xyz
You can change the name of the file if you need more or less characters for the url. Just make sure you keep the same number of characters.
To change the default demo playlist edit the /dot20/a/default.json file.
